Handy water device

Found handy device at the Bunnings in Australia. I’m using to check soil for water status. Push on the button and color of the light tell me if my plant needs watering. I’m checking at about 4, 5 centimetres deep in the soil.

That looks very interesting, let me know how that works

So far it’s good. Sometimes i don’t water for 2 days. The plants still good, no dropping leaves at at all and no overflow at the bottom of the pots.

Nice! Seems to be worth the money

I need one of those , can I order it somewhere , what name is that device ?

Hi Yoshi.
I got it at the Bunnings ( Australia). Not sure about the name. It’s just moisture meter from garden supply section. I’m sure there are other devices available around the globe.

Yea we have something similar here in arizona but its digital and no lights, it tells you digitally whether to water or not, I think it’s around 8-15$

This one is simple. Put in ground, press the button and see the flashing light. Blue, too much water, green, it’s ok, light yellow, needs water, red, just poor water.

The one we have here you push the power button and it tells you to water, or if it ok
