I’ve said once and I’ll say it again…the environment is to wet and soil plugs are way to wet.

If it were me, I’d prepare it’s final home, without watering the soil.
Then I’d cut the wrap off that jiffy pot very carefully and I’d carefully put the plant into is final pot

The dryer soil will help wick some of the excess moisture from the jiffy pot soil

That’s just what I’d do, you might wait to see if anyone agrees with me
