Due to intruders I had to harvest my plants , they still had another 2 wks
but I think I’m still safe with what I got my question is how long do you let them dry . and what is best wet or dry trim ? I got a lot of nice fat buds and most if not all look more along then this one .65F and 55% RH are about perfect. Dry time should be 7 to 10 days and finish dry/cure in Mason jars. 62% Boveda Packs are worth their weight as well. Walmart has the best prices on quart jars.

@Myfriendis410 just throwing the experience out there that the cheaper non boveda brand packs also work well and are cheaper. saved a couple bucks their also on amazon.
Haven’t tried them but put a link up for us?
There is different brands for humidity packs. They also have humidity beads which are better than packs.
Down side the beads cost a lot more but if you take care of them they will last years. Reason I know…I smoke cigars. On our move I made a Coolidor aka a big ice chest with the beads. The beads are worth every single penny.
I wouldn’t use the 70% but you will know what I am talking about.
How do you use them for drying the flower , I mean can I put them in a ice cooler right now I have them in a closet I would need a lot of them for that but for small batches could I put them in a cooler after the first week ?
I’ve never used any humidity packs in my jars. I had one in my Mom’s 1 oz of a strain called Nordle. For me it had a different taste. We have penty of humidity here.
Humidity packs (62%) are used in the jar with dried flower to help maintain proper RH during cure. Cure occurs during the first 1 to 4 weeks and requires daily attention (burping jars) until gasses have vented off. Potency goes up, flavors are developed.
Nice picture that’s just how my plants are drying , do you wet trim or dry trim .
This will be the first time using the packs how much do you use in each jar , and how often do you have to change them . I just placed my order and they will be here in 2 days I hope they come with some type of instructions . but we also have a good amount of humidity here not sure if that’s a good or bad thing .
The Boveda packs work both ways within reason: so they will help bring down the RH in the jar a couple of points. Read up on curing cannabis in the guides.
