Congratulations on the grow, thats a big bud 
I’d dig them dead leafs out and check really good for bud rot, its a good idea to remove dead leafs as they grow so they dont start to decay and spread to the bud bits.
This is terrifying to me
Hopefully nothing has rotted but you definitely don’t want to smoke bud rot

No signs of rot. Harvested, trimmed and curing nicely.
