What the best way to grow when you are low on money
Outdoors is cheap … just need seeds, water, potting soil and fertilizer.

Just remember; Growing cheap has limitations, and once you have issues; You have “Issues”. I have always believed in trying to implement my grows with all the necessary tools to be successful.
This is your choice.
