At first she was standing now she’s all slumped over is this normal? And my 2 weeks is up tomorrow should I put her in big pot now?
Me personally. I would start over.
How dry is the medium in that peat net? She’s still green and that means there life!
So the top pretty dry but still damp in middle
Could need a shot of water…about a shot glass size and water away from the stem. You could take a thin stick or wire and prop her up, once the tiny tap root absorbs the water she should perk back up
Cover the seedling with a clear solo cup, cut a water bottle in half. Anything to create a Humidity dome, mist the inside of the dome daily, the leaves will absorb the moisture for feeding purposes. You could drop that peat in a solo cup and cover it with the clear one
I see a lot of issues from starting seeds in pellets. I’ve seen a few comment that the best place for them is in the trash. I’ve started all my autos in the final container and will probably do the same when I grow photo plants. I’d recommend starting in a solo cup or the final pot and see how that works out.
I gave my last dozen to the wife for her flowery-type plants. I just use ProMix in a 3" or 4" pot after germinating. I just don’t like those peat pods, 30 years ago they were fine (swelled up higher than they do now???), now they just don’t keep a consistent moisture content.
And NEVER use those stupid peat pots! The roots won’t grow thru those unless they are always wet so they break down, but cannabis doesn’t like wet roots.
Ty! So there is no need to let the final pot sit for min 10 days before planting final seed straight in it?
I hope so but that stem looks pretty bad…there’s always hope though.
till the end
I’ve never heard anything like that, but I grow exclusively in coco. If that is the case someone will chime in.
Scratch the pellet style germination. They tend to hold a lot more water than is truly needed. Causing the plant to suffer, wilt over and dye. Virtually starting its self from overabundance of water and not enough oxygen.
