I’m currently on my first grow which is going well. I’m looking to expand and decide between a 5x5x6ft grow tent or turning part of my garage (where the current grow tent is) into a grow room…which is better?
A tent is mainly used to contain odors and prevent light leaks. You could also do this building your own room. So it’s whatever is more cost effective for you.

This basically depends on how much weed you want, there is a cost…Got the dough want more weed I’d do it personally… Lots of people do the tents because they don’t have the room or they don’t need as much weed and it suffices.My total grow veg and flower is in a 26’x36’ building and bigger costs…Depends on what your needs are. Lots to consider indeed…

It funny I saw this topic today I got volunteered to host the family thanksgiving and was forced to turn my guest room into an actual room for guests. So I decided to ditch the tents and just do a mylar wrapped room in favor of one space to control instead of 3. So far I like it.

Think I’m gonna go with the grow room…gonna add a wall to the back of the garage with a secret door behind a large mirror
