Remember Im standing on the platform outside my greenhouse at 12 feet off the ground! Looking over the top of the canopy. I had to bend the sativa closest to us twice! And ive super cropped it 3 times now! Its just starting to show flowering.
Jurassic greenhouse
Here’s a picture of that plant from September 8. It is over 9 feet tall 6 1/2 feet around And I don’t have a picture of it from the top but as you can see from this picture from the side which you can only see about half the Dongs, It has a whole lot of girthy dong’s also…
I’ll try to get out tomorrow and get some fresh picture of all the girls…
Thats mighty dong filled! Me likey big tine!
How much did yoo get off her?What strain? Oh sorry, thats still on the vine? Nice!
No sirreeee! We pile em high in the house of green!
It’s orange bud it’s a seed from ILGM …
If you look it up it’s only supposed to get 4 foot tall sort of a dwarf… So I started it early and look what happened… This plant was a experiment is planted in a 12 gallon air pot With No bottom and hardware wire under it so it could grow through the pot into the ground…
I am going to call this technique a success at this point… I’ll try to find a picture of the bottom of it but if I can’t I think there’s one at post 568…
This picture also shows just how nice and even the chickens can prune the bottom 2 feet of the plant for you so you don’t have to bend over or get on your knees… Just sayin…
I feel ya on the bending over thingy
Update time
So after feeding this morning and go out to snap some photos and I’m plugging along through my plants and I get to my pots and I see I have a super lemon haze with bud rot on one bud… So I started looking closer and I found another small section of bud rot on another bud so I start scouring through all the girls and I find one more spot on a different super lemon haze plant that has a little spot of bud rot… So after about a 60 second total brain frazzle, over amp, freak out, I start looking at my plans again and I realize I haven’t been looking at my pots hardly at all and about 70 to 90% of all the white hairs are red or orange or brown whatever. So I get my camera out to take some close-ups but the plants are moving too much so I just cut the top off a cola on each one of the varieties in pots Took them in and put them under the scope and this is what I found…
Blue dream
LSD
Super silver haze
Super lemon haze
Mind you all the plants in the ground are still swelling no red hairs way more Turpines so now I guess I got a flush all my pots… I’m going to start pumping the juice to the ones in the ground because they are two or three weeks behind these…
OK on a lighter note here is some random bud porn…
Sorry they’re not all super clear but it’s a little windy and I can’t stop the movement…
Looking great
Good looking trees you got there brother…
Do I have any pictures of the bud rot up close?
There in the trashcan when I go outside after a while I’ll see if I can dig them out and get you a photo. Almost looks just like worm damage but larger…
@Ocean…
Here you go… The first two pictures R a couple of the buds l chopped off. I gave you two photos so I could show you both sides of the larger…
The next two pictures is the bud rot magnified which I believe definitely confirms the diagnosis…
So basically a dead spot on the bud is what ticked you off?
@Ocean
Yeah for about a minute. that little dead spot right there is full of spores that fly very well in the air when the breeze is blowing so the fact that most of my plants are 6 inches apart I can only imagine that you could see my concern… For about a minute… That’s about the time that it took me to come to the conclusion of what I did wrong to cause that to happen where it did when it did… It was an air circulation issue that has been remedied… And I chopped out the cancer and I will look closely for the next week and any more cancer that may show up will be eliminated with prejudice…
Great catch, parents make the best growers:laughing:
Beautiful grow my friend🔥
