Hi friends, this may be a silly question, are there any low cost grow lights to help move seedlings along in their growth? I’m going to be growing my plants outdoors, but my seedlings will be inside to start. I take the seedlings outside for direct sunlight most of the day (about 10-12 hours), but I’m also interested in being able to provide them with a few more hours of light in the morning and evening.

How many seedlings you got? A 2ft T5 was about $28 from my local grow shop. Might be ideal for you. I actually just bought two for my clone/seedling box I’m building. You could also get a couple cfls depending on what kind of setup you’re looking for. They may have cheaper options online.

I just use a cheap blurple led works fine for my mother plant, clones and seedlings

A regular old CFL bulb is fine for seedlings, but you’ll need to replace it with proper cannabis lighting after a week or 2.

You can get em on amazon for pretty cheap I use tubes also for prop tent
