We are starting flowering and we ran out of fertilizer…can we use granular on our plants…we bought some at a garden store that will work, number wise…but not sure if we can just add it to the soil…thanks
You could, the variable will be the dilution of the nutrients from watering in. Is this a granulated that is meant to be dissolved?
Why not mix it with water and apply that way? Might be a better controlled route.

I’m thinking like @Covertgrower probably need to dilute in water and check your TDS and ph going in.

It is a triple 12 to use on flowers etc…any idea.how much to a.gallon of water?

You don’t add granular to water you top dress with it basically massage it into the top 2 inches of soil 12 12 12 will work though don’t be surprised if you’re leaves turn a lil dark from nitrogen toxicity I’d give them about 1 tablespoon per 2 gallons of soil and then half that in 2 weeks time I’d also add .5 tablespoons molasses and 1 tablespoons of epsom salts to every gallon of water from now on

I just posted this earlier so let’s just copy and paste this(oh its for 5 gallon autos but I’m sure it can be tweaked for photos)- I use down to earth 444 and 484 along with bloodmeal epsom salt and molasses I’m trying to create a fool proof schedule for my mom who i don’t trust to use meters my schedule is medium building i was using a peat moss blend but I’m switching to coco50%compost 20% perlite 30 % 2 tablespoons each 444 and bloodmeal week 3 6 Tbsp 444 3Tbsp each bloodmeal and 484 week 5 depends if my auto is showing leaf site pistils so 3Tbsp 444 and 1.5 Tbsp bloodmeal or just 3 Tbsp 484 week 1 flower 6 Tbsp 484 flower week 3 3 Tbsp 484 . 1/4 tbsp molasses 1/2 Tbsp epsom every watering starting week 3 double for flowering
