Bam I said it perfect. I would love to quit myself and not the job the boss as he has his head up his ass anymore. Lol. He was a super guy to work for always a bust ass guy and lately it’s been so bad. Work is falling behind bad because the way he is letting the set guys run the show. Well he must know that he is about to lose his favorite fella in the shop if he don’t get them back on track of doing stuff the right way. Caligurl said it y’all. Ppl don’t quit their jobs they quit their bosses.

Shit me too couldn’t deal with how they ran it or how they treat the workers. Same here and my boss is pushing us all down this road now. Crazy as I been there almost 21yrs now too. He should just let me run the company for a bit and get it back on track. Lol. I’d do it in a hurry.

Yeah I became the office bully’s target when I questioned some practices. I hate the phrase “that is our policy” but no one can produce the policy.
