How much “stretch” can be expected during flowering stage?

Some strains are different than others mine didnt do much of a stretch this last time but I had femmed or topped them . There are a couple of the strains that gain like 75% of thier adult height during stretching period.

Twice as tall? Damn I’m screwed then… Ohh well at least it was a bag seed 1st time grow experiment…

Gold leaf get fairly tall without training on a scrog or LST I would guess one in good healh getting plenty of the nutrients it needed will double it height . They are a hardy strain with a fairly high yield
