I am on days 68 and i feel this should be stacking and swelling more. Am I wrong?

Welcome ! I would gently try to remove the mesh from around the seed cup then backfill a little dirt, could possibly be root bound . Good luck
Based on the white pistils your plant has several more weeks to stack and swell.
In general the plant looks like it could be bushier. If you’d like to fill out a support ticket experienced growers on this forum will make suggestions to help increase the harvest on your next grow.
