Should they be topped growing outdoors? I purchased the ko package and topped all of them not really knowing if I should and was happy with outcome. But don’t really know about the gg4 strain. Thanks for your time.

As far as I know topping isn’t “strain” specific. Some strains do grow in a way that topping doesn’t really help but that doesn’t mean you can’t.
Biggest thing about topping is that you want to make sure your plant is healthy enough to endure the stress and not to far along that it can’t recover.

Welcome to the community , topping you’re going to have a plant looks more like a Bush. if you let it go plant will look more like a Christmas tree. That’s outdoors or indoors. I have topped all kinds of strains most of them take to it the same way Including bag seeds.

I plan on topping the majority of my outdoor plants this year. I want to grow a few monsters just so I can say I did, but I saw a video from some fellas out in Cali who top their outdoor plants vigorously and produce some nice bushes.

that’s about what I’m going to do, let one go, mother natures way, top the rest. Hope we get lucky.
