Germinating with minimal supplies

A question from a fellow grower:

My friend and I are pumped but we have a problem. I got your germination
instructions but we have bare minimum supplies. We don’t have any kind
of access to lights and we are planning to grow outdoors. We have heard a
bit about paper napkins between plates but we aren’t too sure about
that. Any suggestions?

Ya you can do paper towels …I use Luke warm water and keep them wet and they will pop with in 24 hrs and temp around 75 degrees
