Germinating lights

Don’t be afraid of transplanting @dmykins. Once the plant is established good, you should have no problems transplanting. I use 1 gal smart pots until the plant is about a foot tall for photos. Unfortunately my record with autos isn’t good, so I have to get more creative when growing them. I transplant into the same soil the plant was growing in when I go to 5 gal pots. I haven’t lost one yet. If you have the room to start them in their permanent home. I would do that. I have a diy setup that I grow seedlings under, so space is limited

My next set of photos I will work on transplanting. The autos I will just start in their final home.

Do you leave the lights on steady until you see a sprout? Or still go 18/6?

They won’t mind me answering. 24/0 until the seed sprouts then 18/6 or 16/8 depending on how long you want to veg.

Hey, just read this. This is, in my opinion, one if the clearest answers when it counts to ther Chinese led question. Thanks! Do you use a starter pod or anything? Or do you just germinate there seed and go straight into soil?
