Your plant looks young so I wouldn’t worry about it just yet. It only has 2 node sites. I think the next sets will probably come in with more. The first set almost always comes in with just 1.
I don’t see a main stem… just one complete set of fan leaves, another single fan leaf but no main stem and no matching fan leaf…did something or someone eat or cut the stem?..it looks like new possible branches, secondary branches may be growing but I’m not sure from the photo.
