I have to apologize for being available on a limited basis this week. My emails and hosting service went down and I have been scrambling to pick up the pieces. I do not have any idea who has replied to me, and I hope to figure that out asap 
All my sites are down and I am having issues reaching the host. This issue has stalled out the opening of our live support network, store, etc…
