Fungus gnats coming from my soil

Growing indoors in a grow tent and am getting fungus gnats coming from my organic potting soil. What can I do about this without hurting my plant?

Diatomaceous earth sprinkled onto the top layer of soil in your pots.
OR
Yellow sticky traps
OR
Glass of vinegar attracts them and they drown,

Mosquito bits @Hfrank i don’t like to put them in my soil though. I think they work better and you don’t have to worry about them rotting in your soil if you get to many built up in it. I soak a cap full in a gallon of water overnight strain em out and use the water as you would normally. It works great but you will probably have to repeat this a week or three later and again any time you see some coming back. Sticky traps will help with the adults and the bits kill the larvae off

Cover the soil with a layer of something. Sand or clay balls or rice husks or other stuff.

Captn Jacks Dead Bug. Spray on the soil and around the tent after lights out. Keep your soil as dry as you can… it should be dry to your second knuckle or the pots feel light before you water again.
