Someone mentioned pinned posts the other day. The pinned posts are those that address FAQs, the support ticket, and so on.
How do you get to the pinned posts? I’ve searched and can’t find them.

I’m not really sure, I’ll leave this question for someone else.
I checked the “main page” but I don’t see any pinned either.

I believe they’re all in FAQ subsection. Grow support is the parent category

Anything that is pinned should show up at the top of subcategory it’s in. Ie pinned to top
