“SENT MESSAGE FORGOT TO SAY LED LIGHTS ARE PRIMARILY RED. LONG STEMS IS LIGHTING THE PROBLEM? DOI TRASH THIS GROW AND START OVER? 1 WEEK INTO GROW”

Why do you want to start over…

Lower the light some if it’s stretching

Leds can have an overall hue of either red or blue based on the number and focus of the colored lights. The light you don’t see is just as important. The IR leds in the middle provide a ton of the lights effectiveness.

That said, lowering the lights is good advice for stretching but pics would help.

Agreed with all above, why trash the grow, they are stretching to the light lower it a couple inches to prevent the stretching, also maybe add some ventilation so they can thicken up get a stick and bread tie to tie them up and keep them from falling.

Nothing bad about red spectrum its actually good for root growth so on another thought a week in what size pots are they in, if in a small pot its very likely the roots have out grown their space and need a bigger space
