For Soil PH 6.2 or 6.5?

Grow Schedule For Soil Growers is 6.2 for veg and 6.0 for flower stage.
Most blogs are 6.5 for watering soil.

My question is what PH level to water with, not what the runoff should be.
My LA tap water is 7.3 and 6.5 after adding GROW 6-7-5

PS: I am growing 5 white widow autoflowers all budding at 6 weeks.
I have gone from 4" peat to 3 gal smart pots.
Plants look good

I would say you ok then after adding nutes if I was watering plain water I would adjust ph down to 6.3 -6.8 range of you will change soil ph
