Flushing with Sledgehammer

Quick question…when you use Sledgehammer to flush between changing nutrient changes, how long should one wait before adding nutrients again?

I think FF recommends either 2 or 3 flushes when using their nutrients. The purpose of a flush is to wash out salt buildup from salt based fertilizers. I don’t flush unless there is a nute burn issue (high PPM) or until I begin having problems controlling pH.

You should add light nutes immediately after a flush and manage nutes going forward to proper PPM.

Thank you for your response.
Immediately, as in the next day?

Immediately, as in right after the flush is complete.

Flush, wait for soil to day. Get back on full strength schedule, is the guidance from FF:

Thank you for contacting FoxFarm, I’m happy to help!

To perform a flush with the Sledgehammer product, you will want to prepare the mixture at a rate of 2 tsp per gallon of water. You will use the Sledgehammer standalone. Pour the solution over the soil and use about twice as much solution to flush as you would if you were normally watering or feeding. For example, if on a normal watering you use a half gallon, for a flush you would use a whole gallon. Once this is done, let the soil dry completely. After that you can pick up with the next feeding as scheduled.
