Flush advice on these ladies

So i have three ladies.two seem to be on point with time frame both look like the first picture…so i want try a 14day flush but the other lady decided to have bigger buds so she further behind…im wondering do i start her with them and let her mature on the flush or keep giving her nuts

I Also water only the last couple of weeks to a good run off. I don’t even PH the water the last couple of weeks straight well water. Good luck Finishing up.
