Flush accelerated issue

Hello everyone, I had an issue with one of my plants in early to mid flower (week 8) that I perceived as a nutrient lockout, yellowing of leaves, rust spots, and some turning up of a few of the leaves. I had been feeding and watering the same as my other 2 perfectly healthy plants. I decided to flush the medium, (FFOF & Happy Frog mix) and defoliate the effected leaves, The very next day this issue has accelerated dramatically, I am now at day 2 and the problem is out of control. I obviously misdiagnosed this issue and she now is very sick and stripped of nutrients.

My question is should I feed this plant now? I don’t want to water an already newly flushed plant, but I’m also afraid if I wait until the plant dries, it may be too late as Almost all leaves are affected now. As of now the buds are unaffected.

Soil: FFOF / Happy Frog mix.
Type: Autoflower
Indoor Tent / Felt pot

Usually after you flush you want to feed because you just washed all your nutrients away? How much have you been feeding your plant and what have you been feeding it are you adjusting your PH. Like @MidwestGuy said need support tick and pictures
