Carpeted spare bedroom, cats have had fleas… which im not sure is a bad
thing as i swear they are meat eaters.

Yeah I’m not sure if fleas them selves are a problem for the MJ but just for yourself and health of your animals I would bomb the room maybe the house if they have full run
Just make sure like you said you air it out good afterwards
Especially since you have carpet if they laid eggs you’ll need to fog it
Bombing is likely the best option. I would just wipe the surfaces down after the bombing is done to get any residue from the spray cleaned up. You do not want any of that in the grow area and have it getting into you weed that you smoke. Good luck on your grow. Jerry

Would that be carpet bombing then ? Actually if you use a regular commercial product make sure it has a version of precore . It interrupts the breeding cycle of fleas and ticks and kills eggs . This works great for couches and pet bedding make sure to get under furniture and since it is for beds and pet bedding it has a very low residual .
