Fiz's Fourth! The Graysin Farm's grow - Fall/Winter 23

I lied about those pictures, didn’t I? Oops. They are growing visibly daily, they are 9 days old and going well. I’m going to go up and take some now.

You’re weird!
They’re not in situ, they’re in soil in fabric pots!

Err, I mean pest weed. What was I thinking?

Oh yeah, I was thinking the Bruce Banner cured up wonderfully.

Day 11. They already look a bit different from each other.

Lilli’s leaves are wider than Pixi’s.

Other than that, they are both looking good, not even any new leaf weirdness.

Last day of week 2. They are ready for more water at every feeding. Going to slowly moisten the coco in preparation for the Autopot turn on.

I checked the DLI today and Pixi was getting a bit cheated. So I budged them both over. Plus a bit more light, around 28.

I am happy with them, they both look very healthy.

They’ve gotten so big! Both are look healthy and great, are you still running the domes on them?

Thanks! I’m very happy so far. No, the domes came off couple of days after I transplanted them. I started running my humidifier at that point, and the RH has been b/t 60-65%. I’ll start dropping that back over the next couple of weeks to around 40-45%.

They went into dry coco/perlite, and I’m not starting to gradually moisten it. It’s possible they will be ready for Autopots on within about 10 days. (Leaves reaching the edge of the cloth pots is the sign.)

Then I’ll mix up only 2 - 3 gallons of nutes for them and start running the system. Likely they’ll gulp that down as the pots become saturated. After that, I do 4 gallons at a time - because that’s about the max my tent can hold in case of a catastrophic leak. Now that I know to maintain my seals in the valves, I’m less likely to have that happen.

I made all the mistakes with them, so now I know better.

Awesome! They looks very good so far, can’t wait to see your girls really take off.

I love having your knowledge and info on the auto pots availabe to learn from.

Thanks very much! I am so glad I started using them! I will like it even better when I turn the system on - looking like next week. I am going to go by Lillie’s lead - and Pixi will just have to keep up.

I’m so glad! 99% of it is skill. 1% is I beat the bejeesus out of the parents, so they’re hard to kill :joy:

Oh excellent. You can beat up plants with the very best of them!

Today was first “big feed” day. They each got around a pint. I got a new watering can that can do pretty much pinpoint watering so started at the edge of the pots and circled around until I was a few inches from the plant.
