Here in Maryland we do our Medicinal cards on a zoom type of FaceTime with the docs and you can basically state any reason and you qualify. I haven’t been to the dispensary more than twice lol. Mostly just for the curiosity. I like the card jic I get hemmed up.

@Borderryan22 so now that you have a persccription, if you do end up sitting those 30 days, they have to let you have your meds right?

Thats how they did it. My appt was scheduled for a virtual call to.orrow morning, but doc texted that he’d do a phone appt now. All i gotta do is pay for and pick up script. I though delivery was free but its 25. Still pretty cool.

Well, I found out about the tax for the prescriptions… there isn’t any. Going to pick up my legally prescribed tinctures tomorrow 
I’m still in shock. Now to go puff a huge fattie of some GFOG that’s been chillin like a month.

Negative. They don’t have fower legalized for medical, only edibles, oils and tinctures. Hooefully flower will soon be legal. You can buy anything with .3% or less all day.

Here they sell flower, vapes, not sure about tinctures just because I didn’t look, but all edibles have to be THCA. So no high at all

Hemp is legal so you can, technically grow a huge CBD plant, as long as the THC stays under .3%. It’s recommended to go through the dept of ag though and get licensed tho.

Here it’s legal, but… no edibles, no rosin, shatter, wax, crumble or anything over 30% THC…

Right! A friend of mine said she was eating them and didn’t feel anything, ate some more, nothing, ate some more……ate like 200mg and felt nothing. So I looked up the state laws . Ridiculous! Only reasoning I can see is that kids like to eat gummies and could get into them. But, I just so happen to know someone who makes kickass gummies

They take away the medicinal part. Just a little science would help the sillyness! High fructose cornsyrup does more longterm damage then a kid eating a thc gummie ffs!

I can’t heart that. The only kinds here are topicals, edibles and tinctures. No THC flower. Enough over the counter CBD, delta 8, 0, 10, to make you say Gaaaaallly. But flower is still a nono. Soon, though, fingers crossed. Soon.
