Thanks for all the input guys - ordered a second tent to split up the plants and looking at different lighting and other equipment options - will place an order over the WE or maybe wait for a 4/20 sale 
Hello guys is this is a beginner section right? how can you make a marijuana but change into a Vape Oil, was that possible by making it just in your hands? thanks.
@MrPeat @MidwestGuy and others - thanks for your help - I took your advise and bought a second setup (tent/vent & light) and split the plants… They are growing better but still have some issues:
I am in week 9 now. Please see photos… What do I do with the plants that aren’t budding? What do I do with the others that are still pretty small?

You still have plenty of time to fatten up those girls. 
Thanks!! What do you suggest? Nutriants? Water more often? More light?
Also, what do you suggest I do with the two plants that aren’t producing buds? Let them ride - or get rid of them?
FYI - the leaves are droopy as I took the photos right before watering…
Let them ride. Some strains take longer than others. I have some that needs 12 weeks to complete the grow in perfect conditions.
I have had several runts that turned into monsters.
