Thanks for all the info…it’s helped a lot since I started :slightly_smiling_face:

curious :face_with_monocle: how do I know when it’s done

I don’t think it’s “there” yet…but… I need a good idea what I’m looking for…I know I have to look at the trichomes…I picked up a camera off Amazon.

I’m thinking another few weeks possibly a month.

The best I can gather from the world wide web… is I’m looking for the white pistols to turn a amber color? And the Trichomes to be cloudy all over?

The amber has definitely started but…still have white hairs.

My 2 photo plants… definitely not what they should be…but lighting was a issue in the beginning and I put the 2 outside and they got hit with a hail storm… despite the elements…I got buds :grinning:

:sos: :woman_facepalming: I can’t begin to figure this sh!+ out. . .

can u tell me why I cut it (the photo plants) down and it started smelling like grass🫨 it’s got zero smell like it did outside (before I cut it was strong AF)…I smoke it and catch a buzz but

I’m worried when I actually finish the auto it’s going to do the same thing :dotted_line_face:

the Trichomes looked ready. . . *Had to cut because the smell was so strong I could smell it at my neighbor house :house:

I thought the first pic was a planet at night for a sec.

Once we chop, it starts to offgas due to the chloro breaking down. A good slow dry will get rid of it. Once all of the chloro has broken down, and the cure starts, the wonderful smell will return. You have not done anything to cause this.

Think I’m about at the end for this plant…
All the leaves are turning yellow…
The Trichomes are all cloudy…(few clear scattered out) or few amber color.

Pulled out a few of the bigger buds…I’ll probably finish chopping the rest next week.

Update: on my Bruce banner (I started with 5 seeds…gave 1 away…2 didn’t germinate …dropped 1 in a box of seeds & will remain a mystery lol) 1 that did sprout doesn’t look that great.

sooooo I geminated a gorilla glue it :seedling: last week :slightly_smiling_face: & will be starting another girl scout cookie soon.

Oh, I took the zip I got off the photo and made :herb: :butter: :smirk:

They look awesome!!! What did you use for fertilizer?

I planted with half ocean forest, half happy frog, used distilled water. For feeding I used banana water (take the banana peels and soak in water for 24-48hrs) and every once in awhile (not often) fish fertilizer. If the plant showed signs of needing nutrients I just topped the soil with the ocean forest.
