i just finished a super og kush, I noticed the same issue but it was very late in flowering and it only happened near tips of the biggest colas. Not the fan leaves but the single ones that emerge from the colas. I would always check the tiny buds that grow near bottom of branches for seeds because the og kush I have experience with seem to be very picky and will easily turn to hermaphrodite very close toward the end of flowering… I think it’s something to do with genetic this strain but not certain. I’m actually going to start new post about it. I fairly new myself.
