Hmmm ive never really learnd much from stem coloration. Prefer to listen to leaves. Could be anything u mentiond. Could be nothing. Right now everything looks happy.
Leaves taco’n up can be light/heat intensity. Those 2 inches u adjusted for the other day could be that.
I get plenty of purple stems. I don’t think it’s something to worry about.

Ok so did a slurry test my soils ph is at 6.2 and is only at 400ppm
Going to feed with 1500 ppm with 6.8 ppl water.

Still watering every other day, so I haven’t watered yet, I like to let my water sit over night and then retest it to make sure it still looks good, that and I was already 5 hours into lights on and I like to water right when the light comes on.
Ok just watered, it was 1600 ppm going in and 2100ppm coming out ph was 6.8 going in and 6.6 coming out.

Oh yeah definitely, two 3 gallon fabric pots, and I think I’m still leaning towards the coco medium. Plus I still have to build my light to go in there.
