First time grow- leggy plant, white spots, other questions

First time grower here with lots of questions. I have 3 gorilla glue autoflower plants going right now. They’re starting to get a bit leggy, which probably means I need to add some grow lights. They’ve just been sitting in a south facing windowsill up until now. I will start putting them outside during the day when it starts to warm up a bit and then bring them inside at night.

  1. What’s the best bang-for-your-buck grow lights for 3 autoflowering plants? Would be used to supplement plants that I’ll put outside most of the day and bring in when it cools off in the evenings.

  2. One of my plants has these white spots on one of the leaves. Is it a pH issue? Should I be worried?

  3. Do I need to start pruning them to get a better yield?

Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

That bug probably did it.

Not an expert! But I do know you should probably get them into bigger pots asap!
