Hello everyone, I just planted my first plants with 250 W MH
Seeds- Devil’s Kiss and Zkittles (Both Auto)
Well, I really dont know much about growing but i really wanted to try it for years… And finally i could afford small growbox, but I dont have money ATM for ventialtion AKA carbon filters and all that, is there anything that can help get this plants a little bit more of CO2, is it good to let them breath outside on 20-25°C iin room, for few hours after i turn off lights? so they can breath just a little bit… Please suggestions and please dont be toxic or something, i am beginer as i said its my first first ever plant!

Ur plants need CO2 to produce more leaves and new growth it wont hurt them do u have a temperature gauge and a humidity gauge and are u using a timer to turn ur lights on and off also do you have a good ph pen and a ppm pen .And you want ur light cycle on 18 hours on and 6 hours off

Bro, I have light, ventilator and growbox also yes i have timer other things… nope
But i left open half of my tent with lights on and its getting 22 ºc, so i think this is good for begining?
With autos you don’t have to worry about light leak just stick a box fan outside the tent running 24/7 that’ll get you all the co2 they could need 20-33 c is pretty safe
Welcome to the community and the life of growing weed. Don’t ever feel bad about being a beginner. We have all been there. You might want to consider fabric pots instead of clay pots.
Clay will retain more water and not allow the plant to dry out some.
If you want to grow a decent grow, light is the key. Soon as you can, make sure you have a good light.
PH and ppm meter will be your friend.
And a good name brand of nutes. I will recommend Jack’s 321 nutrients. It’s cheap and supper affordable. I’ve yet to see a plant that doesn’t like it. You feed the same from start to finish.

Have been growing for 3 years now and never had any problems with plants lacking Co2. Because I dont worry about keeping the tent completely zipped up I just leave the top 12 to 16 inches of zipper open. With a small fan in the tent to keep the air moving they do fine. The plants do smell when I go into the room, but little escapes to the rest of the house. Since you are not running a filter yet just leave the tent slightly open and the plants will be fine.
Welcome! I just finished my first successful grow/harvest of autos with the help of this community. No matter the medium you grow in there are very helpful members on ilgm. I use hydroponics, so I don’t know much about soil, but everything I’ve read backs up @HappyHydroGrower on the fabric over clay for pots.
