First dwc grow. Seedling won’t stand up

This is my first dwc grow/ first hydro. My question that someone can help me with is what do I do if the seedling is drooping like this and won’t stay up? In soil I would put a stake to keep it standing . Should I be concerned? Is this a sign of something ? Thanks everyone !

I use a toothpick & gently slide it in the peat pod. Then I have some small black ground wire that i wrap around to hold. She might be to leggy because she’s searching for light. Maybe lower your light a little as well. The picture doesn’t have the black ground wire, she just needed something to lean on this time.

I would guess that the seedling’s roots are constantly wet. Where do you run your water level?

Correct as well! Gotta be below your net pot about 2-3 inches. You can def over water in hydro as well!! :joy:

I dropped the water level yesterday below the net pot, so that definitely had something to do with it. I dropped the lights lower cause they were definitely too high. I’m gonna try what anthwarp was suggesting and use a tooth pic to keep her standing in the meantime.

Anyone have experience hanging oscillating fans upside down in a grow room. Essentially just turning a couple of Honeywell turbo force fans into wall mounted fans inside a grow 5x5 grow tent. Anyone have any experience or advice for me?

I have clip on oscillating fans, so no experience with that, but I’d say bungee cords might work!
