A question from a fellow grower:
Please could you let me know how much soil should I mix with a concentrated fertilizer ?
I have a 4:1:1 N P P fertilizer that would be too strong on its own so need to know how much soil to mix in ?
If I need to provide you with more info or specific detail on either the soil or fertilizer let me know.
You do not mix soil into fertilizer. You amend soil with fertilizer, minerals, etc, etc…
Best way to help you is to ask; What kind of soil are toy talking about?
What PH is the soil?
I would not recommend using the 4-1-1 you have. At least not yet. If you apply that fertilizer to young plants, you may burn them.
