Fertilizer amount in a 5 gallon pot

How much of the recommended amount of fertilizer do you add to a 5 gallon pot afer you mix it into the water.

Enough to maintain a runoff PPM of ~1,000. Do you have a PPM meter?

Yes i do

This is my first grow its in the 3 week into flower but some how i feel i under giving the amount of nutrients need i put the recommended amount of fertilizer per gallon and share it amoung the three plants i have in the grow tent

The only way to tell is to monitor runoff PPM.

So what u saying is to continue pouring the water with the fertilizer till it have run of

I would suggest using plain water until you get ~20% runoff, test that runoff, and adjust your feeding accordingly.

Don’t make it more complicated than it is. It’s the amount for proper strength of the mix. The number of plants is irrelevant.

Again, monitor the runoff PPM of each plant and adjust accordingly.

I suggest doing more reading than you have been. You will learn a lot. Here’s a place to start.

As @MidwestGuy mentioned, the schedules are per liter/gallon not sure of their schedule. Plant and pot size will determine the amount you feed to get the 20% run off. I definitely agree to water feed only to check the PPMS and PH before feeding nutrients, you’ll need to know these numbers to know how much nutrient solution PPMS to mix and feed :love_you_gesture:
