I have a question maybe someone can give me a definite answer !! Can you clone a feminized seed ?

i believe that you can grow a fem seed and then clone it…
I’ve been cloning ilgm White Widow and ilgm super silver haze both feminized for 4 years and some change with no issues… 
I bought 20 seeds of each 4 1/2 years ago and still have 17 ww seeds and 18 ssh seeds…
Every seed is different from one another even if they came from the same plant…
I like to grow out a plant at least 4 Generations , just to make sure whether I like it or I don’t like it or sometimes they just don’t make it and in that case I grow a new seed… I tend to not change the way my growing environment is too much , the plants either have to adapt to my growing environment or I just don’t grow them and that’s kind of the way I do things … but you must also understand that sometimes you will be growing these strains for at least a year before you get the kind of massive yields You’re Expecting and the quality medicine that you want… because you have to learn the strain and understand what it wants to reach its full potential …

I have…California Dream Fem…two clones growing now… one in my tent to flower and one outside in a container to go full term… hopefully
I’m new and thought I would try to clone, I have done a lot of reading on the different way of cloning . I’ve tried twice using rooting powder the soil and putting a clear dome over them to keep a humid environment and misting them a few times a day but 
, they looked healthy for 2 days and then they will and die , would you mind sharing your technique !! Thank you so so much !!
