“Does a female clone automatically flower/pollunate?”
A clone taken from a female is female. if its auto it will bloom automatically. if it is a regular photo it will bloom when triggered by changing the light cycle to 12 on 12 off

Just to add: A clone takes on the same genetic make up as it’s Mother. Same genetic age, and sex.
Answer above is correct. A female clone will flower after the 12/12 photo period is induced, causing it to flower.
Now you use an 18/6 photo period to root and vegetate your clone. Good rooting! 
Cloning auto flowering plants is a waste of time. If i were you I would just get more auto seeds
