Morning grow coaches!
I’ve searched the forum and haven’t been able to find the original post BUT my question is this.
Newbie here, started my Auto’s (Cheese and Banana Kush) in 3gal fabric containers, my medium I used at bottom 50% FFOF, top 50% used FFHF…temp 79d, humidity between 65 and 80…growth looks good. I couldn’t find where or who I got recipe from but im trying to confirm that I do not need to feed nutes until around 4weeks??
Correct. FF soils have sufficient nutes for 4 to 6 weeks from your last transplant. Monitor runoff PPM and begin feeding when PPM dips below 1,000.
You’ll want to get that humidity down come flowering time.
Okay, will definitely do that. I currently run a humidifier in the tent to keep the numbers 65 to 80, read that the lil ladies appreciate it, am I right @MidwestGuy
Forgot to mention they are 12 days young
Yes, but only for very young plants. It risks white powdery mildew for mature plants and bud rot for flowering plants.
Okay, got it. Thank you.
@MidwestGuy , okay followed your advice and have humidity down to 60%, better or should it be lower? She is now 13 days old
60 is fine for a young vegging plant. You will want it <50% once in flower.
60% RH is perfect and reduce that through the later veg to hit flower at around 45%-50%
