I run the inline with the filter 24/7 for odor control and to keep the air moving. Is that enough air when my lights are off or should I run the small fans in the tent also? Thanks.

I like to also have a small fan running stirring air . Especially when you got heavy foliage. Cuts down on the risk of mold or mildew.

As @kellydans stated. Also the breeze on the plant helps boost the strength of the stems so they can support the weight of the buds

I run my exhaust fan on a thermostat to maintain 78F. I run a smaller 4" inline for air exchange 8 times per day. And I have 3 tower fans that run constantly to move air across the plants for mildew resistance.
