Fan leaf has pistils

Is this the only leaf with little buds forming or do all of them do this?

I’ve seen it a few times over the years, just crazy genetics. I have something similar happening on my Cherry Bubba Kush, which was also was a trait of one of her moms, a Platinum Bubba Kush. But more of a single swollen calyx rather than a bunch of pistils.
