I’m an issue getting my mag levels up for one of my plants. And suggestions on what to do. I’ve recently started feeding herc harvest and Zeus juice along with some cal/mag at 4ml/ gal. It’s nothing terrible but I want to get them dialed in before i flower them. Should I maybe do a flush and reset??
You can use a tablespoon of Epson salt to a gallon of water to help with your plant

Make sure your Ph is optimum for magnesium uptake.
My ph is around 6.2-6.4
Which is it, 6.2 or 6.4? You should know your exact ph, not a range. 6.2 is out of range for soil, so try to get it up a little. Do you have a good Ph meter?
It’s closer to 6.4. Yes I have a good meter. I’ll up it some on my next watering. For some reason I thought I read that the range was 6.2 to 6.8 for soil but I’ve read a lot of stuff as of late. I’ll get it back in check.
Would you do a flush to get it back on track??
Where would you run pH for soil??
This was a good read. Thx!
Your Ph should be in the range of 6.3 to 6.8 for soil, with 6.5 being perfect.
Thank you. I feel like the deficiency isn’t that bad yet but again I want to go into flower as perfect as possible. Would you run a flush??
I’ll also do a slurry test today and check the root zone.
Yes, a flush is not a bad idea especially before flipping to flower. Flush at 6.5, and then add some nutes and Cal Mag. That should get her in good shape for the flip.
Thanks. You’ve always been very helpful to me!!
Me too lots of bud sites so far
@raustin flushed the ladies and pH is now dead on 6.5 for the most part. Also gave a dose of Epsom salt water to them and we’ll see if they green up.
That plant looks hungry! She needs some N! You might have a magnesium deficiency but you certainly have a nitrogen one.
