I have seeds in MG seed starter mix that will eventually transplanted into FFOF. The FloraDuo feeding schedule calls for nutrients in the 2nd week of seedling stage. My question is do I need to feed them this early? Since I’ll be going into the FF and I won’t need any nutrients for a while, I’m concerned that adding nutrients and then transplanting is a recipe for problems. Any thoughts?
You should not need to add anything for 2-3 weeks.
@M4ur
Thanks. I didn’t think I’d need to and I figure in 2 or 3 weeks, I’ll probably be ready for transplant anyways.
@M4ur is right 2-3 weeks maybe longer. Personally I use ff light warrior for seeds and clones in solo cups then ocean forest , it’s a lot easier on the seedlings ,and still only ph water @6.5 and maintain that and water to run off check run off .i love ocean forest but it will lock up on you fast if you don’t watch your ph.
@SilentHippie I wouldn’t feed anything till you see the round leaves turn yellow and die off they will carry the plants need till they do
Once they fall off then I would feed early veg nutes or late sprout depending on age and size
Some will fall off in 2 weeks others will fall of 4 weeks later depending on plant and individual needs
Hope this helps a little
Happy growing CB
you could use super thrive, silaca, or any root building suplement.

I have GH Rapidstart Root Enhancer and was thinking about using this in a very light dose after my seedlings are about a week old. Or do you think I should wait until the round leaves drop?
i use cns17 and the feeding schedule includes seedlings i am not farmiliar with your brand but start with like a quarter measure and only on one plant to check the reaction first.
