I have planted gold leaf, luke skywalker, gelato & some clones here in Australia, a little early.
They are only 6"/150mm high, they are out doors in a garden bed & I have gone to the trouble of turning the bed into a grow room outside. (they are not autos)
My question is, should i strip the existing buds off while the plants are going back into veg??
No , leave them on…
It’s called super cropping and it works extremely well…
I thought super cropping was the bending the stalks & topping
I stand corrected…
It’s called monster cropping…
I be a lil Over medicated sometimes …
Yes, Take’m off. You need any thing tag me ok. And welcome to our world of growing here at ILGM and to our community
Will
Will do Will, thanks
Thought your side of the world was going into spring time now???
Would let them go…
Ill do a bit of both, see how they grow.
Yes planting time is about now, but I planted them out doors too early
Could you please help me with this? I have no idea what super cropping is. This is my first grow and they are flowering.
Super cropping is when you squeeze your stems and branches to get them to kind of break without actually breaking which will cause the plant to knuckle up and make stem or branch stronger and allow it to take up more water and nutrients…
If it’s your first time go easy and don’t do any super cropping after 3 weeks from light flip , plants will be hardened off and you run the chance of breaking off stems and branches…
