Because of my unusual living situation, I have limited storage space and no extra closets or basements or rooms. So, my question
Can I use my drying tent to cure. I set up a drying tent – the temp hovers at 68 degrees and the RH is about 50-60. Can I place my jars on the floor or in a corner of this tent to get through the burping stage – before they can be put in the final pantry?
