My tent has stabilized at 62 degrees and 57% humidity with my exhaust fan set on one. Will this be ok now for hang drying my girl?

Yes, those conditions are exactly what you want. Keep your guard up though, once you introduce the plants that are full of moisture to that environment, the humidity is going to rise and you might need to adjust the fan speed a bit!
