I don’t recall which members are in Australia, but 60% RH at about 21.1C with a light breeze.

hey @Rossi how you doing mate?

where abouts are you? does it rain all the time?

where we are generally I wet trim and hang them in my wardrobe, in central western nsw, but its dry there… so I hang in the wardrobe to keep the humidity up, try to not open the wardrobe too much… like they say low 20’s temp wise, 50-60% humidity ideally, to have a nice slow dry, over 7-10 days ideally, if u can

then into jars- Tupperware containers, and follow standard burping procedure…

I’m in Northern Nsw
Done two grows so far.
Took 2weeks hang in a room, felt quite dry. Put in jars for 2 months opening 2hours a day then shake but still find its abit damp inside. So. Have to let sit for hours once chopped to use.
Burping takes too long can l get better results with a longer slow hanging instead. Fing burping tedious. Thanks mate for anymore advice.

ok so your in what id call generally a humid environment always around +70%? im just guessing… I love it up there… , you will need to have them in a room with a dehumidifier or air conditioner to keep it at 50-60% humidity, and then wait till the stems snap but don’t break through the outer layer of green on the stem…
out west its 40-50% all the time apart from middle of winter, and in summer it can be 0-10%… 47’c… :smirk:

so your not getting them dry enough before you put them into jars id say…
sound right?

maybe not… thing is buddy, you just need to find whats right for you, if its 70+% humidity for that week is there anywhere you trust that has aircon, that’s on 24/7 like a friend or sibling… or if u hang it in a breeze it dries quicker, so yeah id say not in the wardrobe for u… when it comes closer post your options… then once its dried properly just do it the same as on the youtube vids… I forget 2 mins… twice a day , it really depends though… if I have over dried it I may never burp them… then get a pleasant surprise 6 weeks later when they are actually pretty nice…
