Still trying to understand the Flooding tech for last week mentioned by @Aquaponic_Dumme 2 years ago within this forum. Interested if someone used anything similar to improve buds quality.
It is stated there that:
You can start a Survival fermentation (curing) prior to the Harvest without cutting nutrients & supplements by oxygen blocking with soaking medium.
- As a result Sugars break down to Alcohol & Carbonic acid.
- “if you flood the root of a plant for about a week the cells are starved of oxygen, and because of this they will start carrying out alcoholic fermentation to survive”
