You’d probably want a third driver to flower. But it’s probably plenty to start with two and see how that does.

You’re probably going to end up with most for your money using the strips. You already have a lot of the equipment you need.

Gotcha. I’m guessing they are playing with drive currents and size of plate. No big deal, they may find something that works. But at lower power than that it will be pretty expensive on per watt basis.
If you really like the idea that the pucks bring to table, there are s few places that make strips of just the red diodes. You could probably add one or two per fixture. But I think they may need their own separate driver. I don’t know specs on them off top of my head though sorry.
